We are seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Business Development Analyst opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia. The Customer Business Development (CBD) Department acts as the bridge between Marketing and Sales. The Analyst will provide support to the CBD team by developing and analyzing various data sources critical to setting strategic direction of business strategies. This is a HYBRID position.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Manage the entire development and implementation process of merchandising displays and retail shippers with internal and external groups
  • Manage exclusivity and channel distribution with internal functional groups
  • Support CBD category review process by gathering and analyzing data from various databases
  • Prepare documentation related to quarterly updates and special projects including
  • Provide Business Development Managers with ad hoc analysis and analytical support

Requirements of the position include:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proven ability to understand, set, and change priorities to reflect customer requirements
  • Demonstrated excellent computer skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
